For standalone event services, a $150 retainer is required to secure your date and services. This ensures your event is officially reserved on our calendar.
A 50% deposit is due at your first scheduled planning or check-in meeting, where we begin reviewing details and finalizing your event plan together.
The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to your event date. All services must be paid in full before the event takes place.
This payment structure helps keep everything organized and ensures your event is fully prepared for a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish.

A retainer is a non-refundable fee paid upfront to reserve your event date and secure my services. Once received, your date is officially held on my calendar and will not be made available to other clients.
This fee is implemented to cover the time, planning, and preparation that begins as soon as you book. It ensures your event receives the attention, organization, and commitment it deserves from the very beginning.
The retainer also provides clarity and peace of mind for both of us—confirming your booking while allowing me to begin preparing for your event with intention and structure.

My pricing is set and reflects the time, preparation, experience, and level of service provided for each event. For that reason, I do not offer discounts or negotiate rates.
If my services are outside of your current budget, I completely understand and encourage you to find an option that aligns best with your needs. The most important thing is that you feel fully comfortable and supported in your planning experience, and that you find the right fit for your vision and budget.

Gratuity is never required but is always truly appreciated. If you feel that your experience exceeded expectations, any tip or gratuity is a thoughtful way to show your appreciation for the time, care, and effort put into your event.
Most importantly, the best feedback is a happy client and a successful, stress-free event.

Wedding coordination includes timeline management, vendor communication, ceremony and reception flow oversight, and making sure every detail runs smoothly so you can stay present and enjoy your day.
Tasks outside of scope will be a additional charge per availability.

Coordination focuses on managing the event itself — keeping everything on schedule and handling behind-the-scenes logistics.
Setup and teardown are separate add-on services:

The earlier, the better. Most couples book several months in advance to secure their date and allow plenty of time for planning support and coordination preparation.

My ideal couple has already planned the details of their ceremony and reception and have their vendor team booked before we begin working together.
I'm not a wedding planner—I'm a Wedding Coordinator. My role is to coordinate logistics, communicate with your vendors, manage the timeline, guide transitions throughout the day, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes so you, your family, and your guests can be fully present. To provide the best experience possible, I do require that all vendors hired by the couple are properly licensed (when applicable) and carry liability insurance.

The best weddings happen when we're a team. I ask that you book me because you genuinely trust my expertise and are willing to let me do what you hired me to do. My goal is never to take over your vision—it's to protect it. I value collaboration throughout the planning process, but on your wedding day, I need the freedom to make decisions, navigate transitions, solve problems, and manage vendors without being micromanaged. If you're looking to oversee every detail and direct every moment yourself, I may not be the best fit. My role is to give you the gift of being fully present while I handle everything happening behind the scenes.

Yes. We help guide the wedding party through timing, lineup order, entrances, cues, and key responsibilities so everyone knows where they need to be.

My communication style is intentional and purposeful. Since I work with couples who have already completed the planning process, you won't receive constant emails or weekly check-ins just for the sake of communication. Instead, I'll reach out at key milestones to gather vendor information, review contracts and logistics, build your wedding day timeline, and confirm details with your vendor team.
Depending on when you hire me, I'll also check in periodically to see if you need trusted vendor referrals or have any logistical questions. While I'm always happy to point you in the right direction, I do not provide full-service planning, event design, or ongoing planning management.
One of the biggest lessons I've learned in this industry is that saying "yes" to everything doesn't always serve my couples well. My commitment is to provide an exceptional coordination experience, and that means staying focused on the role you've hired me to do. Rather than overextending myself, I choose to be honest about my scope of services so I can deliver the level of care, organization, and attention your wedding deserves.
I believe clear expectations create the best experience for everyone. When we each have a defined role, your wedding day runs more smoothly, your vendors can do their best work, and you get to enjoy the celebration you've worked so hard to create.
