This service is designed to ensure your wedding spaces are thoughtfully prepared, beautifully organized, and fully ready for your guests to enjoy. Starting 12 weeks before your wedding, we’ll review your vision, décor details, floor plans, and timeline to ensure everything is executed smoothly on wedding day. Set-up start time is based on what time your ceremony starts.
If Tear Down services is also booked, I will return approximately 2 hours prior to the end of your event to begin discreetly organizing and breaking down designated décor and personal items while allowing the celebration to continue smoothly and uninterrupted.
Ceremony and Reception Teardown starting at: $1,000.00
Booking & Payment Policy (for standalone event requests): When these services are requested for an event that is not already booked as part of an existing package, a $200.00 retainer is required to secure your date and services. A 50% deposit is due at your first scheduled check-in meeting, and the remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to your event.
Final investment based on: Guest count, Venue(s), Number of décor items, Room flips, Staircases/elevators and whether additional coordinators are required
