From monthly check-ins and timeline development to vendor communication, rehearsal, and full wedding-day coordination, I'll help keep the moving pieces organized so you can focus on being engaged—not managing your wedding.

Monthly client meetings/check-ins throughout the year
Ongoing logistical guidance
Editable, working Google timeline
1–2 sample timelines from real weddings
Approved/preferred vendor list
Timeline development and management
Increasing communication as the wedding approaches
Vendor communication and logistics management
Final wedding logistics review
Ceremony rehearsal — 1-hour minimum
Wedding-day coordination

2–4 assistants based on guest count and wedding logistics

Full-service planning
Vendor research/sourcing
Vendor booking
Budget management
RSVP management
Physical setup
Physical teardown

All meetings are scheduled in advance and subject to availability.
A $200 retainer is required in addition to your service fee to secure your desired wedding date. The retainer will be collected once services have been confirmed and the agreement has been signed. Your date is not officially reserved until the retainer has been received.
