Month-of Wedding Coordination is designed for couples who have fully planned their wedding and need a professional to step in during the final month to review finalized details, coordinate vendor communication, oversee the timeline, and manage the flow of their wedding day.
This service focuses on execution, organization, and behind-the-scenes logistics—not creating or completing your wedding plans. My goal is to bring the plans you've already made together so you can be fully present and enjoy the experience.
This Experience Includes
Two Coordination Check-In Meetings — Review your completed timeline, confirm logistical details, and address coordination questions.
Final Logistics Review — Review your finalized timeline, vendor information, ceremony details, and reception arrangements.
Vendor Communication — Coordinate with your booked vendor team regarding finalized arrangements, arrival times, and wedding-day logistics.
One Ceremony Rehearsal — Guide your wedding party through the processional, recessional, positioning, and ceremony cues.
Wedding-Day Coordination
12 PM–8 PM coverage - Oversee the timeline, communicate with vendors, coordinate ceremony and reception transitions, and troubleshoot logistical issues behind the scenes.
This Experience Does Not Include
Full-service or partial wedding planning
Wedding design, styling, or décor selection
Vendor research, sourcing, booking, or contract negotiation
Budget management or RSVP management
Completing unfinished planning tasks or making outstanding wedding decisions
Physical setup, decorating, or teardown
Setup and teardown services are available for a separate investment and must be discussed and booked in advance.
Important Booking Requirements
This package is designed exclusively for celebrations with a maximum total attendance of 100 people, including the couple, wedding party, guests, and other attendees.
Because this service is designed for the final month, all wedding planning must be completed and all details finalized before the coordination handoff. All vendors must be booked, design decisions made, event logistics confirmed, and necessary documents and vendor contact information provided within the agreed-upon timeframe.
This package is not intended for weddings that still require planning assistance, vendor selection, design decisions, or completion of unfinished details. Additional services outside the contracted scope are subject to separate fees and availability.
Communication
Email support is available throughout your contracted service period. Please allow 1–3 business days for email responses. All meetings are scheduled in advance and subject to availability.
Investment & Booking
Total investment: $1,250.00
A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date and is applied toward your total package investment. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your signed agreement. Your date is officially reserved once your signed agreement and retainer have been received.
