Hourly Wedding Coordination offers flexible, professional support for couples who have independently planned their wedding and want an experienced coordinator present for the moments that matter most.
Whether you need support managing your ceremony, coordinating vendor arrivals, overseeing key transitions, or keeping your celebration on schedule, this service allows you to reserve on-site coordination for the hours you need.
This Experience Includes
Hourly On-Site Coordination — Professional coordination during your contracted hours, scheduled between 12 PM and 8 PM.
Final Logistics Review — Review your completed timeline, vendor contacts, ceremony details, and finalized event arrangements.
Vendor Communication — Coordinate with your booked vendors regarding confirmed arrangements and wedding-day logistics.
Ceremony Coordination — Assist with ceremony timing, positioning, and cues, as applicable.
Timeline Management — Monitor the schedule, coordinate transitions, and troubleshoot logistical issues during your contracted coverage.
This Experience Does Not Include
Full-service or partial wedding planning
Wedding design, styling, or décor selection
Vendor research, sourcing, booking, or contract negotiation
Budget management or RSVP management
Completing unfinished planning tasks or making outstanding wedding decisions
Physical setup, decorating, or teardown
Setup and teardown services are available for a separate investment and must be discussed and booked in advance.
Important Booking Requirements
This package is available exclusively for weddings held in Downtown Kansas City, Missouri, or Lee’s Summit, Missouri, with a maximum total attendance of 100 people, including the couple, wedding party, guests, and other attendees.
The wedding date must be 2–4 months away at the time of booking. All wedding planning must be completed and all details finalized before the coordination handoff. Vendors must be booked, design decisions made, event logistics confirmed, and all necessary documents and vendor contact information provided within the agreed-upon timeframe.
This service is not intended for weddings that still require planning assistance, vendor selection, design decisions, or completion of unfinished details. Additional services outside the contracted scope are subject to separate fees and availability.
Investment & Booking
Hourly coordination rate: $150 per hour
Minimum booking: 4 consecutive hours
Available coverage: Between 12 PM and 8 PM
A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and is applied toward your total package investment. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your signed agreement. Your date is officially reserved once your signed agreement and retainer have been received.
